To play along with this weekly book event, hosted by Should Be Reading, just answer the following three (3) questions…
• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?
Here are my answers for this week:
What are you currently reading? I have a couple of books on the go that I’m juggling just now – Ellen and the Hummingtree by Audrey Austin and Night Shift by Stephen King. They are very different from each other, but I am enjoying them both, although I did originally read the King one sometime in the 1980’s!
What did you recently finish reading? I only finished one book during the last week, which was Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer. It was a decent read and I may check out the movie soon. I’d also be interested to read his Eating Animals and Everything is Illuminated.
What do you think you’ll read next? I haven’t really decided yet, but I’m looking at my TBR pile and thinking of trying either Accordion Crimes by E. Annie Proulx or I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore. Then again, I may just start something else completely different.
I know, I have a hard time picking my next book, it depends on so many things! I have been wanting to read some early King, I have a bunch on my kindle, but I forget they are there when I look at my physical shelves! I have a couple of Froer books in the TBR too, I need to get to those…My WWW is here:
Night Shift was the first autograph I got from Stephen King. He was so witty in his inscription! Hope you enjoy!
I’ll be interested in hearing how the movie compares to the book for Extremely Loud.
My WWW Wednesday is here.
