Teaser Tuesdays - The Descendants (February 5)

I see Troy sitting at a table with some people I know. I look at Scottie to see if she sees him, and she is giving him the middle finger.

From page 71 of The Descendants by Kaui Hart Hemmings. I just bought this from a used bookstore yesterday and haven’t started it yet, but I’d like to read it soon. I saw, and enjoyed the movie, so I’m hoping to enjoy the book as well.
